Doc Ock Reigns Superior once again, This October!

The Superior Octopus - a.k.a. Otto Octavius' Hydra affiliated alter-ego - will return in October with his own series, according to a teaser from Marvel.

The teaser features Octavius in his Hydra costume, with the pun "Doc Ock-tober" teasing the new series debut month. Octavius was last seen in Amazing Spider-Man #800, taking the pseudonym Elliott Tolliver to teach at Horizon University after seemingly turning over a new leaf.

This is the second such Spider-Man related teaser released this week alongside one featuring "Ghost Spider," better known as Spider-Gwen.

More details will apparently be given in Marvel's Comic-Con International: San Diego Spider-Man panel, taking place July 20 at 12:30 PM PST at the San Diego Convention Center
