Robust heroine Faith Herbert is recruited to help save time itself - queue this lovely Terminator reference:

Apparently a rogue robot is trying to destroy time, and has prevented the life of Adolf Hitler from ever occurring. Space-protecting scientist Neela Sethi and her dinosaur-like partner Ank journey to Faith's time and ask for her help. Queue Doctor Who joke:

When Faith, Neela and Ank travel to the past they find the robot in question, but are soundly defeated by him. Forgive me, but queue another Terminator reference:

Armed with this knowledge Neela must go back in time to tell her past self to recruit more allies than just Faith - thus Faith's former crime-fighting squad is reunited and blasts off to the past to fight for the future.

This book shows a lot of promise; the characters of Neela and Ank are intriguing and hopefully the author will get into a little bit more detail about them. Faith is wonderful, a plus size heroine with a great sense of humor. There are lots of relatable moments in this book and the references will make any fan laugh at least a little. It's good to see Faith back with her team as they will bring more diversity and characterization to the book. I'm hopeful for this one - Rating = 8/10.
